The new name, says TrustSphere, aims to provide a more fitting description of the company’s services, which it lists as “reputation and authentication technologies”.
“Our vision is to build a ‘sphere of trust’ around today’s communication infrastructure which supports the email messaging ecosystem,” said Manish Goel, CEO of TrustSphere. “We believe TrustSphere more accurately describes what we do and better reflects our vision moving forward”, added Goel, who is also the current chairman of the non-profit advocacy group, the Online Trust Alliance.
The Singapore-based company’s most popular email security offerings include its TrustCloud, LogiQ and RealMail products.
“TrustSphere represents an evolution from our heritage in the email security space to our position today as a leading provider of innovative technology and data solutions, which our clients use to enhance trust across their messaging infrastructures”, Goel continued.
“The rebranding does not signify a change in the way the company operates. It is business-as-usual”, he assured.
