Amanda is a queer, Black human rights activist and former community organizer whose greatest passion is finding different ways to uplift her community. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University. She is an award-winning Quality Assurance Engineer and manager with 11 years of experience across multiple industries. During the pandemic, Amanda transitioned to Information Security and was accepted intothe NextCISO academy. She became an Information Security Program Manager for the design agency, Mojave. This past year, Amanda was accepted into GRCIE’s experimental vBISO training program where she serves as a GRC Team lead, teacher and mentor.
