Serving in both the military and private sector, David has more than 10 years’ experience in the intelligence industry. David leads KELA’s corporate research and intelligence teams and oversees the operations of KELA’s Intelligence SOC. David graduated from Tel Aviv University with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
