Donald J. Good has over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity with strong expertise in establishing highly collaborative partnerships, setting the vision and building organizational strategy to achieve results. Mr. Good has extensive experience partnering with clients to respond to cyber incidents, enhance their cybersecurity posture, increase cyber-resilience and develop a robust cyber-threat intelligence program to mitigate cyber and fraud risk.
Donald currently leads FTI Consulting’s cybersecurity effort in Texas and surrounding states. Some of his recent engagements include cybersecurity maturity assessments, tabletop exercises and response to cyber incidents. Mr. Good has served as an interim chief information security officer and provided expert witness testimony in a significant data breach that involved a major financial institution.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Donald was the head of global fraud fusion and intelligence at Citibank, where he provided executive oversight for all fraud threat intelligence and internal fraud prevention within the global consumer bank. He was also the executive lead for the redesign of Citibank’s Fraud Fusion Center, where his focus was preventing cyber enabled fraud.
