Prior to founding Pharos Security, Ferguson served as global head of security controls assurance, firewalls and penetration testing, at Barclays Bank, where he was in charge of multiple global information security programs and initiatives. He has expertise in designing and developing enterprise grade Red Team programs for multiple Fortune 50 financials. Co-created ISS System Scanner technology, member of acclaimed ISS X-Force threat and vulnerability exploit R&D team, and ISS X-Force penetration testing and consulting team serving, over 7 years, 200+ clients globally.
