Emily Hithersay

Emily is a Principal Industrial Consultant at Dragos, a company that provides industrial security products and services. Her focus is on assessing the cyber maturity of industrial operators across various industries. She advises operators on how to measure and minimize operational risk, enhance organizational and technical defenses, improve resilience to cyber events, and progress in the implementation of standards and regulations such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIS (CAF). Before joining Dragos, Emily spent 12 years at National Grid in different operational and security roles, where she managed operational networks, substation technology development, and protection and control system security. In her role as a technical leader, she oversaw the development and implementation of significant cybersecurity and technology programs.
