Jeremy van Doorn is Director of Pre-Sales, SDDC Network & Security Division, working in the EMEA region. In this role, Van Doorn is responsible for technical strategy of the VMware Software Defined DataCenter (SDDC) Division in EMEA. Van Doorn leads the team of pre-sales specialists that educate customers and partners on the benefits and possibilities of the VMware’s SDDC Solutions.
Van Doorn has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry. Before VMware he worked as Internet Security Engineer at BT/Syntegra, advising customers on intranet and internet security and the optimization of international and intercontinental connections.
Van Doorn studied at the International School of Economics in Rotterdam (ISER) and the Small Business School in Haarlem. He holds certifications for VMware, CheckPoint, Cisco, Packeteer, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft and Novell.
