Before joining Infocyte, John held a variety of roles at Alert Logic, where he was responsible for product and engineering activities that supported Alert Logic's Container Security Solution and Search Platform.
In addition, he was involved with the company’s SaaS Infrastructure and Platform, DevOps/DevSecOps initiatives and Security and Compliance activities. Prior to Alert Logic, John was the QA and Automation Manager / Staff Engineer at Pivot3, where he was responsible for internal infrastructure automation and automated testing of Pivot3's Enterprise Storage Solution.
John holds an MS in Cybersecurity, an MBA and a BS in Computer Science, all from the University of Maryland. John is a veteran of the United States Army where he served with the 3rd United States Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), 1st Brigade 2nd Infantry Division and the 29th Infantry Division.
