Having started his career in the defence section working on complex Naval and Air Force systems with British Aerospace & GEC, on radar and tracking and guidance sub- systems, Kevin has now worked in the security space and specifically with HSMs for over 20 years. Originally focusing on the engineering side culminating in him leading the EMEA team for Thales eSecurity, he then moved into more strategic roles and he now leads the Product Management function within nCipher Security. He has been working with the nShield HSM products from their introduction to support the nascent internet days, when it was all about accelerating crypto for the SSL market, to today's very different product providing sophisticated key management and flexible and scalable security solutions for a huge range of use cases in the Enterprise and the cloud.
