Kunjal is a specialist cyber recruiter with a track record of having built out networks of specialist technologists across the UK & US. She is Co-Founder of LT Harper, a specialist cyber recruitment company, set up in April 2017.
She was a finalist in the Natwest Women in Business competition for 2020 & has contributed to the UK Cyber Council on reports relating to cyber talent attraction.
Building long-lasting & mutually beneficial client relationships has always been key to Kunjal’s success as a tech recruiter. She is focused on making her business a valuable part of the cyber ecosystem & believes that it’s important to give back to the cyber community through information sharing & making meaningful introductions. She is an active contributor to the Tech Talent Charter and has participated in hackathons to increase the number of diverse applicants for tech roles in the UK.
LT Harper offers permanent & contract staffing into the cyber sector globally with an emphasis on helping the industry to become more diverse. To date, almost 30% of the hires they have made for clients have been women in cyber.
