Lauren Winchester is Senior Vice President of Risk Advisory for Corvus Insurance, an insurtech MGA offering Smart Commercial Insurance® policies powered by AI-driven risk data. Risk Advisory is responsible for policyholder services and experience at Corvus. We take the excellent customer service, expertise, and vendor relationships we learned at incumbent carriers and combine it with the Corvus scan and technology to create a proactive, tailored, and scalable cyber risk management experience. The team also guides policyholders of all sizes through cybersecurity incidents, ensuring efficient coordination of counsel, digital forensics firms, and other key incident response resources. Lauren has handled over 1,000 cybersecurity incidents for organizations in healthcare, financial services, higher education, retail, professional services and more.
Prior to joining Corvus, Lauren spent five years on the Breach Response Services team at Beazley. She began her career as a practicing attorney in Philadelphia at Fox Rothschild LLP, an Am Law 100 firm, focusing on commercial litigation and data privacy.
Lauren graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was an editor for the Seton Hall Law Review. She also earned her B.S. in political science and graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Lauren holds a CIPP/US certification.
