Lori Kalani is the co-chair of the State Attorneys General Group at Cozen O’Connor. She has led numerous responses to AG investigations into privacy and cybersecurity breaches, and masterminded practical solutions for companies ranging from rapidly scaling entrepreneurial tech businesses to leading Fortune 50s. She previously spent approximately 10 years in-house for DISH Network, where she managed the interface between DISH and government regulators, including defending investigations and inquiries. As a result, she developed an in-depth understanding of each AG office’s enforcement priorities, how they function, and how best to work with them to achieve her clients’ strategic objectives.
