Matt is responsible for global IT security and compliance across LexisNexis Legal and Professional. He is an experienced information risk management professional with almost 30 years of hands-on experience in Technology, Security, Compliance and Risk Management. He and his team focuses on the growing internal and external cybersecurity threats against the company along with all other aspects of securing the IT environments of LexisNexis.
Matt’s career has been focused across large global enterprises in various highly technical IT security roles at AIG, Summit Bank and AT&T. He received a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and currently resides in New Jersey. While not working, Matt and his wife Suzanne like to travel and spending time hiking, skiing or at the beach.
Experienced information risk management professional with almost 30 years of hands-on experience in Technology, Security, Compliance and Risk Management. Progressed professionally through technical and management levels taking on increased responsibilities. Responsibilities have included all aspects of Information Security, Compliance and Risk Management for large global enterprises. I have managed globally diverse teams of security professionals of varying maturity levels while building successful teams. My team focuses on the growing internal and external cybersecurity threats against the company. I have proven non-technical skills and provide the ability to interact with all levels of management on technical and non-technical issues. I am currently responsible for global IT security and compliance across RETS and LexisNexis Legal and Professional.
I have initiated and built successful eDiscovery and forensic practices. This has included all technical and non-technical tasks including providing deposition and grand jury testimony.
