Mike Gallagher is solutions director of award-winning IT solutions provider EACS. He joined the company in 2014 and is responsible for helping customers transform their businesses through technology. Specialising in cloud technologies including Office 365, Azure, Skype for Business, Mimecast and Sophos, Mike is able to draw on 30 years’ experience in IT, most recently as technical director for Phoenix IT, one of the UK’s largest hosting and business continuity providers. Prior to this he was technical account director at Servo for Barclaycard, Barclays and HSBC, where he was responsible for managed service and project delivery on a large scale. His broad experience has informed his view on best practices, including performance, availability, security, risk mitigation, systems management and governance.
