Niel Harper, CISA, CRISC, CDPSE, CISSP, is the Chief Information Security Officer for Doodle, a leading online scheduling cloud platform. He also serves as an Independent Director and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at ISACA. Niel has more than 20 years of deep experience across the domains of corporate governance, cybersecurity, privacy & data protection, digital transformation, and Internet law. He has leadership or advisory experience with organizations such as AT&T, Bemol, Canonical, CIBC, European Commission, Internet Society, and the United Nations, among others. Harper holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, a Master of Laws (LLM), Internet Law & Policy from the University of Strathclyde, and has completed executive programs at Nanyang Technological University, Florida International University, Stanford University, and University of Oxford.
