Omar Yaacoubi, has more than ten years’ experience using Big Data and Artificial Intelligence in anti-fraud and cybersecurity solutions across the telco, financial services, media and retail industries. Yaacoubi co-founded Barac in 2017 to help protect organisations against malware hidden in encrypted traffic, realising that encryption is growing fast and existing solutions were unable to see the threats.
Omar has a master’s degree in Computer Science from ISG School, Tunis and an Innovation and Entrepreneurship master from Stanford University, California.
