Rashida Thomas is a technology leader with experience in workforce and digital transformation in Fortune 100 companies. Rashida uses a magnetic form of storytelling to educate and evoke transformation through transparency. Rashida earned an MA in Management and Leadership from Webster University and an MBA from Lindenwood University. Early in her career she served as an IT Auditor before taking on an Adjunct Professor role and moving into Technology leadership roles at GM Financial. Rashida runs her company FinRose from Los Angeles, and also serves as a GRC and IT Project Management Consultant. She is currently enrolled in the Chopra Meditation Certification program.
