Richard DiPasquale is the Senior Systems Architect in Nokia IP/Optical Networks for Security, Encryption, Data Center Interconnect and Storage Area Networking (SAN) for the Nokia 1830 product portfolio where he drives product evolution, architecture and technical solutions. He is the lead technical interface for achieving NIST Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) and Common Criteria (ISO/IEC 15408) and Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information (ANSSI) certifications and he is driving the SAN certifications with Data Center vendors such as HP, Brocade and IBM. He is former chairman of the INCITS ANSI T11 ad hoc committee for broadband optical transport of Fibre Channel- including Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE). Richard is an author of “Business Continuity and Security in Datacenter Interconnection” published in Bell Labs Technical Journal. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of New Hampshire.
