Sam Heiney

Sam has over 15 years bridging gaps between product development teams and the customers they serve and has a unique perspective on the benefits and challenges that stem from using remote access tools.  During the mid 90’s, Sam helped several small manufacturers transform their business model by successfully implementing online marketing and ecommerce solutions, learning first-hand how new technology can produce rapid growth and fostering his interested in using technology to build organizational efficiencies. As the Director of Global Product Solutions for Netop Remote Control, Sam engages our enterprise customers and key technology partners – like Toshiba, NCR and Diebold – to better align our products with the needs of the market.  In his spare time, Sam enjoys exploring Oregon with his family from his home outside of Portland.
