Sean’s passion is in creating high-signal, proactive threat protection systems and translating their insight into a human-readable form. He has 20+ years of experience in new concept threat protection engine design. Sean’s threat protection background spans IPS, firewall, sandbox, behavioral and static AV, CASB and IaaS. He has extensive experience in ML-based threat protection and targeted threat analysis.
Previously, Sean was principal security engineer at Netskope, where he helped create the first threat protection system designed for the SaaS threat space.
