He is a Cyber Security industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience specialising in GRC and Data Protection solutions.
He is an experienced public speaker and presenter on Cyber and Data Security issues as well as GRC and generic general electronic and physical security threats. His IT Security experience includes, Cryptographic Networks, PKI Infrastructure, Biometric Authentication and Asset Management solutions to Virtualisation Security, Cloud Computing, Cloud Security and Remote Access, Managed Services, Data Security, Identity Management and BYOD network security, device control, application white listing, patch and remediation.
Simon is also Founder and chief instructor at DBaV Personal Safety & Protection, where he teaches a unique self protection system focusing on environment awareness, conflict avoidance and pro-active defence to deal with violent situations.
