He demonstrates technical proficiency, specializing in red teaming, ethical hacking, and incident management, with a specific focus on securing third-party supply chains. Moreover, he's shown strong leadership capabilities, driving strategic direction, managing diverse teams, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Since 2019, Victor has held various roles at Chelsea Football Club, starting as the Information Security Manager and later stepping into the Interim Head of IT role. Here, he played a significant part in realizing the club's digital transformation and cyber security roadmap.
